    Besides cleaning, maintenance is one of the easiest balls for str managers to drop and for good reason.  With your house, you can get a repair done when you feel like it.  When you have a guest with no wifi, no hot water, or they saw a bug, the repair window is NOW.  This is where most management companies fail.  We have a genius handyman on staff that can handle 80% of repairs with transparent pricing so you never have to worry if you are being hosed.  We don’t add any fees to their labor, you are paying below market on repairs.

  • We guarantee our cleans //

    The expectations of guests when it comes to cleaning has slowly climbed over time.  We have seen guests complain about chunky salt, a heater working too fast to heat a home, a ghost presence in the house (not kidding)… suffice it to say sometimes guests complain.  IF a guest complains and we have to go back out to clean, you do not pay for this.  We cover the extra time.  And if the clean is so bad we have to refund the guest (very unlikely), we refund them out of our own pocket.

  • We are on more platforms than anyone //

    If all you were doing is publishing on Airbnb, you wouldn’t need a manager.  But we can get more eyes on your property by expanding the distribution network.  This is critical in slow season.  We are currently live on Airbnb, VRBO, Google Vacation Rentals, our proprietary direct booking site, Expedia, Kayak, Trivago, Cheap Tickets, Travelocity, Orbitz, and many others to come.

  • We cross pollenate bookings //

    Let’s say we have a problem at one of our listings, the guest will have to cancel.  But we notice another property is empty.  We are able to save bookings by transferring the booking from one listing to another.  This helps you, the receiving owner, fill empty days.

  • We play defense against bad guests //

    A lot of str is about getting bookings, increasing revenue etc. All of these things are good offense.  But in any customer service experience, there will always be bad actors, cry babies, disturbed people, careless people, etc. We play good defense by having 24/7 ring camera with saved footage, we use the best lock in the industry and we never recycle codes. We make sure your house would pass a fire safety inspection with up to date smoke alarms, the proper amount of extinguishers, windows and doors that open and close correctly for egress, etc.

  • We play defense against platforms //

    Many of the platforms these days like Airbnb and VRBO have some type of insurance program for small item damage, but getting them to pay is an exercise in frustration.  They constantly change the goal posts, make strange documentation requests, anything they can do to avoid paying you for damages.  We are masters at aggressively getting paid out for damages.  In 2023 alone, we collected tens of thousands of dollars on behalf of owners.  That’s a lot of dirty towels and broken glasses!
